About Napoleon Hill
Napoleon Hill (1883–1970) was an American self-help author and lecturer who became one of the earliest and most influential figures in the personal success genre. He spent over 20 years studying and interviewing some of the most successful people of his era, including Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, and Thomas Edison. His work laid the foundation for much of modern motivational and success philosophy.
Hill believed that success begins in the mind — that a definite, burning desire combined with unwavering belief and persistent action can transform thought into reality. His core principle: 'Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.'
