These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signals, operated by VOIE, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Signals is an AI-assisted personal development platform that helps users build a curated board of real-world mentors and receive personalized guidance across eight life categories: Family, Relationships, Physical, Mental, Spiritual, Business, Financial, and Lifestyle. The Service includes an AI onboarding flow, life assessment, goal-setting tools, and daily dashboard features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

4. AI-Generated Content

Signals uses large language model AI to generate mentor profiles, guidance, assessments, and other content ("AI Content"). You acknowledge that:

• AI Content is for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise).
• Mentor profiles are AI-synthesized representations inspired by publicly known figures and are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or representative of those individuals.
• AI Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You use it at your own discretion and risk.

Mentor Personas & No Affiliation

Mentor personas on Signals are original AI-generated characters. Any resemblance to real individuals is a user's own personal association. Signals does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or license from any real person, living or deceased. The names, likenesses, philosophies, and guidance attributed to mentor personas are entirely AI-synthesized for personal development purposes and do not represent the actual views, statements, or beliefs of any real individual.

VOIE, LLC makes no claim of partnership, sponsorship, or authorization from any person whose name or likeness a user may associate with a mentor persona. Use of the Service constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this distinction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data or AI models from the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Circumvent any access controls or security features.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service are available only under a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. User-Provided Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (e.g., your goals, journal entries, and assessment responses). By submitting content, you grant VOIE, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell your personal content to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI-generated outputs, is owned by VOIE, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIE, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOIE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification & Hold Harmless

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOIE, LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, partners, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your reliance on any AI-generated content, mentor persona, or guidance provided through the Service; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

You expressly acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you experience as a result of using Signals. The Service is a personal development tool only — you remain solely responsible for your own choices, wellbeing, and results.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
