We do not share your identifiable information with AI providers beyond what is necessary to fulfill your request.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g., Anthropic for AI, Stripe for payments, Postmark for email delivery, hosting and infrastructure providers). They are bound by data processing agreements.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of VOIE, LLC, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will initiate deletion of your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution).
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
