About Carl Jung
Carl Gustav Jung (1875–1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology. He introduced concepts such as the collective unconscious, archetypes, and individuation, profoundly shaping modern psychology and self-understanding.
Jung believed that psychological wholeness comes from integrating the conscious and unconscious mind, and that individuation—becoming one's true self—is the central task of human life.
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."
